Enjoy a 45 minute flowing yoga class that stretches, strengthens and reenergizes your entire body at the end of the day, followed by a guided "vision quest" meditation to calm your nerves and open up your channels of creativity. You will leave class with a feeling of empowerment that will continue to inspire you long after the class is over. All yogi levels welcome.

Sara is an integrated wellness practitioner focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit in both the individual and the community. Her practices includes yoga and meditation, massage, energy and bodywork therapy, and core strength and functional fitness. She has trained as a hypnotist with Dr. Madeline Lawrence and incorporates hypnotherapy techniques for self-hypnosis in guided individual and group sessions. As a former radio talk show host and DJ, she continues to be dynamic public speaker and teacher, now offering targeted secular and faith based empowerment retreat programming along with motivational talks.
She is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, and TMTI in Charlotte, NC. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, two teen-aged sons, and two dogs.
